June 20, 2011 - Meier Architecture • Engineering, of Kennewick placed 52nd as one of Washington’s Best 100 Companies to Work For by Seattle Business Magazine. All 100 companies were honored during a June 16th celebration. The overall rankings will appear in the magazine's July issue. Close to 25,000 employees of nominated companies filled out surveys administered by Seattle-based Gilmore Research. From the calculated research, a distinguished panel of judges chose the top companies. “For companies making the list this year, it was a particularly noteworthy accomplishment, given that the 2011 competition had by far the largest number of entrants in its 21-year history,” said Michael Romoser, associate publisher of Seattle Business.
Winning companies were recognized for setting the standards for leadership, benefits, work environment, innovative training programs, happiest employees and more.
